was established in 2004 by Sandra Dunbar DIP.PROP.CEA(REIV). The objective was to give
personalised client service following Sandra’s previous success on
the Mornington Peninsula.

Chairperson for Relay for Life, an event to raise money for
Cancer Research, |

Women in the Workplace |

She is a guest speaker in the Community outlining her career in
a male dominated world, giving inspiration to females, both
young and old. |
She responds
eagerly when asked to participate in local activities; being a
sponsor of the Rosebud Country Club Bowls and Golf
clubs as well as the Mornington Shire Careers Expo and the Rosebud
Cinema Festival.
Sandra believes
women have a much more empathetic attitude to the profession of real
estate. She considers herself a Real Estate Consultant as well as
acting as an Agent on behalf of her clients. Sandra has
completed her Diploma of Property and when asked why she replied “I
owe it to my clients to have the most up to date legislative
information that is available.”
In order to continue her passion for excellence Sandra has recently
completed a Certificate IV in Training and assessment and is now
training Estate Agents on the Peninsula.
